Last updated: October 6, 2026. These Terms govern use of LeadVeriq.com. By creating an account, purchasing credits or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

LeadVeriq is a B2B research and contact-intelligence tool. It can search for companies and professional contacts, display masked previews, reveal selected fields using third-party data providers, and export unlocked results. Data availability, freshness and completeness vary. LeadVeriq does not guarantee that every requested record will exist, contain every field, or remain deliverable after retrieval.

Accounts and credits

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. LeadVeriq credits are service units used for eligible paid actions such as contact reveals. The number of credits charged is displayed or determined by the relevant product workflow. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts unless LeadVeriq expressly agrees.

Acceptable use

You must use LeadVeriq only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service for harassment, unlawful discrimination, fraud, credential theft, deceptive impersonation, prohibited surveillance, illegal scraping, unsolicited communications that violate applicable law, or to bypass opt-out or suppression requirements. You are responsible for determining the lawful basis and rules that apply to your outreach.

Third-party data and services

Some functionality depends on external providers, including data providers and Stripe. Their availability, coverage, rate limits and policies can change. LeadVeriq may modify provider routing, fields or workflows to maintain quality, security or economic viability.

No guarantee of commercial results

LeadVeriq supplies research and workflow tools. We do not guarantee responses, sales, conversions, revenue, email delivery, regulatory permission to contact a person, or the accuracy of every third-party field.

Suspension

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers or third parties; respond to abuse; comply with law; or address unpaid or fraudulent transactions.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
