Last updated: October 6, 2026. LeadVeriq provides business-to-business contact discovery, enrichment and verification tools. This policy explains the information we process when you use LeadVeriq.com.

Information you provide

We process account details such as your name, username and email address; search criteria you submit; account credit balances; support communications; and transaction identifiers needed to match purchases to your LeadVeriq account. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by LeadVeriq.

B2B contact data

LeadVeriq can retrieve professional and company information from third-party business-data providers. Depending on availability, this may include a person’s professional name, job title, company, business email status, business phone availability and professional profile information. Coverage varies by market and source. LeadVeriq respects provider privacy suppressions and does not intentionally reveal records that the provider identifies as unavailable for legal or privacy reasons.

How we use information

• Provide searches, previews, contact reveals and exports.
• Maintain accounts, credit balances and purchase records.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, excessive automated requests and security incidents.
• Operate, troubleshoot and improve the service.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers that may process data on our behalf, including hosting and infrastructure providers, Stripe for payment processing, and B2B data providers used to perform searches and verification. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and security

We retain account and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. We use access controls, rate limits and server-side credential handling, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your responsibilities and rights

You are responsible for using exported B2B data lawfully, including respecting applicable privacy, direct-marketing, electronic communications and opt-out requirements. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with your LeadVeriq account.
